ProAct Safety (formerly Integrated Performance Technologies), was founded by Terry Mathis who today serves as the firm’s CEO. (Internally we warmly refer to him as the Chief Evangelical Officer. As he always says, “In Safety, it is not enough to convince, you have to convert.”)  We are a private consulting firm that has worked with (to date) over 1000 locations around the world since 1993.
